Day 16

Today was Plyometrics...I do enjoy that one.  One of the things I really like about the cardio stuff for p90x is that it doesn't really require coordination...Plyo is just a bunch of jumping around...it's not crazy moves that I can't figure out...plus I can tell that it's a great workout and it's actually changing my body!  Thus far I'm down 7 pounds and 3% body fat...I got out a pair of shorts from last summer that I haven't worn yet this year and they're baggy!  sweet stuff :)
