So what in the world happened to days 31, 32 and 33???? One day was Yoga and I couldn't even stay awake enough to properly do the workout, so I didn't blog, and the other 2 days I just kinda spaced doing the blog...one day was Legs and Back and the other was Back and Biceps...the workouts have been dandy...I think I have gotten bad at blogging because I don't feel like I really have any awesome insight or anything super motivating or witty to say...
So today, being day 34, was Kenpo X...I ran into a speed bump today that I think is going to be an issue for a while...I did...something...to myself. I don't know what exactly, and I'm not one for going to doctors unless it hurts so bad I can't move...I somehow managed to strain the muscles in my groin area...I don't know how, but it kinda hurts...turns out it really hurts if I jump around (as I learned tonight when doing Kenpo). Seems like the main thing I can do is rest, so I guess when I'm not at work and not working out, I need to take it easy. I did what I could tonight on my workout, but there was some stuff I just couldn't do without it hurting pretty bad. Tomorrow's a rest day, so I think that is some fortuitous timing. I'm thinking of icing myself down some and see if that helps...I guess we'll see....
