My arms are tired now...today was Shoulders and Arms plus Ab Ripper X. We didn't actually do this workout last week since we did the live workout with Tony Horton, so it had been quite a while since I had opportunity to do this one. It's a great workout...my arms/shoulders were screaming at me by the end of the workout. Last time around when I did P90X, I used the bands for the entire workout, but this time around I used weights about half the time...a whole 10 pounds :) I mostly used the weights on tricep moves and a couple shoulder moves...
I mentioned on yesterday's post how I like in P90X seeing myself do things that I couldn't do before...when we did Ab Ripper X today, I was able, for the first time ever, to do all 25 reps on V-ups Roll-ups! If you don't know what that is, you lay on your back, legs flat...then you roll up and touch your toes, then as you're going down, your legs come up and when your top hits the ground, you pulse up...I don't know if I explained that well, but when I first started P90X, I couldn't do any part of that move, so being able to do all 25 reps made me really happy :)
