Days 19 and 20

So I never got around to blogging yesterday...it was a crazy day at work at Olive Garden, and I got home late, so I got to my workout late, and I just wanted to go to sleep when I got done...like last Monday, I did Ab Ripper with Joyful when I got home and then she took her shower and went to bed.  I think I really like doing Ab Ripper before the workout...my body isn't destroyed yet, and I can actually do more.  I nearly was able to the whole video this time!!!  The only thing I couldn't keep up with was the oblique v-ups...but other than that I totally kept up with the video...awesome.  The Legs and Back workout was dandy...both my legs and back were tired from work, so I wasn't able to push it terribly hard, but I did it.

Today was day 20...Kenpo X.  I felt like I was really pushing it hard...when we had the optional "break" times, I had my knees up really high and was trying to push everything as hard as I could.  I sweated more than I have in a while on Kenpo...it was good...

I've decided I really need to work on focusing on my eating more...and I actually mean I need to be eating more.  I need to be taking in my 2400 calories a day...I'm not exactly sure how many I take in right now (which is part of the problem) but I know it's not that many...problem is, I've plateaued at my current weight of 185...I need to get my metabolism going and burn off the fat.  I set a fairly modest weight loss goal of getting down to 175 for this round of p90x, and I need to work on my nutrition to help get me there...
