Hooray for being 1/3 done! If you want to be technical, I did my day 30 workout on day 31...I was super tired last night, plus Isaiah was having a bad night (see Joyful's blog)...I ended up sleeping off and on, and decided I'd just do my Plyo when I got up in the morning, and then we'd do our Day 31 workout in the evening like usual.
The workout today was pretty good...I worked up a CRAZY sweat, which is always good. I was trying to push myself as hard as I could, and I felt like I did a good job. There was only one time where I really had to catch myself and breath deep because I was starting to feel funny...usually it's 2 or 3 times during plyo.
Sometime today we'll take our Day 30 pictures and do measurements and what not...according to the scale, I've dropped just over 5 pounds, but my body fat has stayed basically the same...so there's definitely room for improvement :)
