Today was Yoga X...it wasn't the most effective workout in the world because my kneck/shoulder was KILLING me...I slept on it funny, and of all the workouts that came today, it had to be Yoga....stretching and turning the head don't work very well when I can barely turn my head...but I did what I could, which I figure is better than nothing :)
I believe tomorrow is legs and back, and I should be able to do that just fine and dandy...
