Today was X Stretch...that was awesome! For starters, I barely sweated, which was nice...it's hot out and I sweat constantly, so it was nice not sweating much :) The stretching/pseudo yoga was nice...it was extra nice to notice how my flexibility has improved.
So exciting news! I weighed myself today and I'm down to 203 and 19.5% body fat...that's down 5% body fat and 11 pounds since I started...sweet stuff...plus yesterday I did a pull up! A whole pull up!
