Today was Legs and Back. It was good and bad today...the good was that I was way better at wall squats than I was the last time I did this one...the bad was that my balance still sucks...especially anything where I have to balance on my right foot. I'm still not as strong with that ankle ever since I broke my right heel bone a few years back. Hopefully if I keep working at it, I'll get better/stronger.
As a side note...I hate summer. I was sweating before I even started doing my workout, so you can imagine how bad I was after the workout...ridiculous.
