Today I introduced Joyful to the wonders of Plyometrics :) I personally enjoy doing Plyo, but Joyful made the comment that Plyo to her is like Yoga X for me.
My heart rate got up there like it's supposed to, but not crazy high, so that was nice. The highest I saw was 170ish, which is less scary than the 185 I saw the first time I did Plyo. It's kinda funny with the Plyo...with the other workouts, you see progress by how many reps you can do, or what resistance you can use...when I do Plyo I can see progress by how much I do or do not want to die...I feel like I want to die less often now than I did 44 days ago, so I'd call that progress :)
