Day 47 was Legs and Back with Ab Ripper X again...that workout always goes by fast since I've done it so many times....I decided to be smart this time and not go for a run today :) Last time I ran after I did legs and back it killed me for like 3 days...
It's always interetsing when you do the same workout many times, how one time something will be really hard, and the next time that won't be bad at all, but something else will suck horribly...I suppose it's kinda like if you read something multiple times, each time you'll get something different from it...
